Banner Concept - Church of Mary

My artistic practice as manifesto.

A space of image, language, resonance and inner sovereignty.

On Sovereignty of the Soul

Collage is for me not a process of assembly, but a space of cognition in which thought does not unfold linearly, but in condensations, ruptures and overlays.

At the heart of my work stands a Unio Mystica of the soul as image-language.

Mystical-philosophical concepts appear in lyrical fragments, structures and condensations as embodied image spaces of inner experience.

Between thought and appearance, perception and inner image, my collages unfold a multilayered web of language, material and imagination.

This web opens onto the depths of the unsayable.

The works move between language and image, between concept and appearance.

They do not follow a linear narrative, but an order of resonance: fragments enter into relation without dissolving.

Within the collages, no stories are told; rather, they are symbolically suggested as pathways of the soul unfolding in lyrical fragments and condensed structures.

The unsayable remains ever present: the repressed that longs for its revelation, the light-desiring darkness that cannot be directly grasped in language.

It withdraws from naming and appears only in shifts, ruptures and symbolic constellations.

As in a visual language of signs and archetypes – akin to a tarot-like logic of symbols – the veil of the soul guards its innermost secret within the image.

The pathways of the soul are a vast, unsayable mystery.

In my collages, I render visible the multiplicity of inner psychic processes and include them in contemplation.

They invite stillness and a heightened sensitivity to the language of the soul.

The soul speaks its own language.

This manifests in my collages through materials that emerge as image, in structures and stamped lyrical fragments.

In this way, layered pictorial spaces emerge in which inner landscapes and pathways of the soul appear.

Philosophical concepts are not illustration, but substance.

They are displaced, fractured and translated into a visual and material order, losing their fixed conceptual structure and persisting as tension.

In a world grown increasingly loud, what is required is contemplation, and the sovereignty of the soul over the voice of the ego.

My collages – framed in wooden structures (50 × 75 cm), some open, others protected by plexiglass – are condensed spaces in which image, material and language come together as one.

They invite the viewer to encounter the soul – in art as in life.

They invite attunement to the language of the soul and to the experience of the soul in its unity.
